Angry icarsoft por v2.0 oil rest application failed to connect

My panamera 2018 has this old message service due. I still have around 3K miles to change the oil. I tried to rest the oil notification service alert, by using icarsoft por v2.0 , however I'm getting the message "application failed to connect" right after I enter the date !! I downloaded the recent software and still not working. Not sure how can I fix this.

2018 requires PIWIS 3 vs the older ones which can use PIWIS 2. I guess the limitation also applies to the aftermarket tools. If you're nearby Los Angeles I have a PIWIS 3 clone I'd be happy to try pro bono....

Thanks Jzchen. That's bad. I didn't know that the 2018 panamera won't go with iCarsoft Por V2. I bought it almost 3 months ago. And thanks for the offer to clear the message with your tools. Unfortunately i'm in San Francisco area moved up here from orange county 3 years ago.

Have you tried connecting to it and reading some live data? Can the tool even connect?

Yes the tool read live data of the car fine. However the message says "application failed" right after I enter the date of oil service. I watched in tube, it should say "application complete" and the notification will be gone, this is not the case with mine.
