Tuning Help

I purchased a 970 turbo the end of last year. It already had a muffler and intercooler piper from Fabspeed Motorsports. A couple of months after I purchased the car, the dealer called me saying they forgot to give me a box that came with the car. They sent me a photo. It appeared to be an OBD II scanner. However at closer look, it was a My Genius Dim Sport tuner. I called Fabspeed as well as some of the other well know tuner shops and nobody could give me any information about the tuner. All information at the performance shops are saved by car owner not the car VIN. Of course I don't have any information on the previous owner. I've also never driven another Panamera turbo to compare it to in order to determine if the car already has a tune. I don't feel comfortable plugging the tuner into my car not knowing exactly what I have. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I had my 2010 turbo tuned by vividracing.com, and they sent me that tuner to put the tune into the car. They might be able to help.

See what your boost pressure are at wot, if it’s over 12–13 psi you have a tune. You can plug the my genius into you computer and pull the file and see maybe it says the tuners name. I have FVD tune and they use the same device.

That did the trick. I plugged the box into my computer and scrolled through the setting and found it is a FVD tune. Call and spoke with Rhonda. She gave me a lot of info. Thanks for the help.
