Thought I would share this with everyone. Not sure how many 6speeders are close to the upstate of South Carolina. This is suppose to be a huge event with a little over 60 Porsche cars showing up last year. The weather looks like it might not cooperate, but come on out anyway if you are close by the area.

It's chilly out, so IT'S TIME FOR CHILI!

The Protech Chili Cook-off is coming next Saturday, January 26, at 6:30 PM.

On January 26, Protech Motorsports will again host their World-Famous Chili Cook-off.
Bring a crock pot of your favorite recipe to share and enter in the contest.
There will be lots to sample - some HOT HOT HOT, some NOT SO HOT.

Desserts and appetizers are also welcome!

This year Protech will have a big screen TV so we can all watch the Daytona 24-hour race.
Bowls, utensils, chili toppings and soft drinks are provided. BYOB if you choose.
Please bring your own chair and remember to dress warmly!


Directions: Protech is located at 917 State Park Road, near Cherrydale.
From 385 take Exit 40A, Pleasantburg Drive (Rt. 291 North).
Follow the signs for 291 for 4.1 miles (watch for left turn past Bob Jones University).
Near Cherrydale, turn right on State Park Road/Route 253 (Olive Garden on corner)and go 8/10 mile
