I do realize that it will depend on the conditions the day of (or on the drive up) but I will be ready with several guys to get as many cars out and in show condition as quick as possible. I am already assuming that some of the people covering the most distance will need their cars done.
If you need any work to the interior done, it will have to be minor (to be fair to whoever is waiting) but we can discuss that as it comes up per car.
We are based in the Orlando area, so if in the coming weeks you need anything prior to the show - just send me an email and we can talk about it.
Thanks again - see you all the day of the show!

I assure you that with your financial support, I will join Gary in an effort to make your fortune smaller... err* a small fortune.

Britt;
Count me in on any dinner plans both Friday and Saturday night. I will send in my registration this weekend.
Thanks for organizing this whole gig. The turnout is going to be awesome. Let's hope of for good fall weather with NO hurricanes.

Also, FYI from Hilary (who is organizing the event I guess):
Just to let you know. ALL cars must be in
registered and have their photo taken by 9:30 and be in place by 10:00 a.m.
The World Golf Village will not allow any cars to be placed after that time.
This is for safety and insurance reasons. I just wanted to give you a heads
up on that for planning purposes.

Thanks for the info Jon. I wonder why they didn't tell me this before now? Anyway, it just makes it more important that everyone be at the event early... I would say around 7:00-7:30 AM in order to get cars washed and prepped. If we have 20 cars needing a cleaning that all arrive at 7:00am... that equates to 7½ minutes per car to be done by 9:30. Insanity!
PLEASE GET YOUR REGISTRATIONS IN FOR THIS EVENT!

She also said she was going to let me know right where we would be set up by next week. Hopefully, I can give everyone an idea of where we will be ahead of time and that can save us a few minutes. (maybe a map that I can post here)
7 1/2 minutes a car LOL - I knew we would be frantic, but thanks for putting a number on it Britt!! Anyone gonna have a stop watch handy?
Right now the plan is to have an "assembly line" of 2 rows of cars and 2 guys per car so hopefully we can get to everyone that needs some help. But don't worry we will be organized and ready to go!!
