Toys for Tots NorCal drive 12/18 (this Saturday @ Stanford)

I got wind of this - they are inviting all Euros out. Everyone is meeting in the Stanford Shopping Center at 10a.m. on Saturday, and a drive commences at noon. I think we are supposed to bring some toys for Toys for Tots, so it's for a good cause.

I'll be there, hope to see some of you out there and meet the locals.

Planned Drive

If you click on route 4 on that website, you can see a large map of the drive. Looks like up La Honda to Skyline, down Skyline to the 9, 9 to 1, 1 to HMB, and back up 92 where we all go our separate ways. I'll probably go to the meet, and go up to Skyline with everyone, then come back down the 9 into Saratoga. I have a lot of work to do, no time for driving .

I've done that route too many times. We need more backroads in the bayarea.

Yea. Most of those roads are too tight and rough for a 3500lb TT. Perfect for a bike.

I want sweeping roads like northern calif or oregon. Hwy 46 near Cambria is pretty nice but too far down south.

I agree - my car is even piggier, and doesn't have the nice weight bias. Think you might stop by on Saturday?

Might just stop by since I live right next to the mall. Looks like the BayBimmer crowd and it will most likely be a group of young kids.

I doubt there will be any high end cars at this event. It will be mostly bimmers, audi's and VW's. I could be wrong but doubt it.
