Sorry that there was so much traffic on the way home. Hopefully nobody tried to find the house, as I was informed everyone was just going to go to their own homes. It would have been great to hang out at my house and just play some pool and such. Maybe next time...

They only saw 325rwhp - for some reason the tech would not go further than 6500rpm in the pull gear saying that the car was at peak then.

 

WTF>>>???? I dyno's upper 280's stock at 6500rpm also. There'[s a special procedure you have to do to ddyno these cars, im surprised they didnt know about it. The cars good for WELL over 400 wheel horsepower, dam!

 

Martin.. what was the highest boost you would run?

 

7.5 PSI and spikes of 8 in cold weather here.. Believe me, the car is proven witht hat setup for about 430 or more wheel HP, and my car was a freak stock. There's a special traction control deal you need to do, pull a fuse and so on to dyno these cars properly

 

Either the guy that brought the car up today did'nt know the special procedure or you should have told him. The techs at MAX mostly work on P-cars

 

I think they were working on a fuese, and pulled the valve cover to get a wire too... i think he said it was around 8lbs of boost.

 

I had no idea he was driving it around, taking it out today let alone dynoing it LOL! Oh well, similar ars have put out 435-450 whp!

 

he was saying today that he rarley drives it, and he had a supra out with him today that he has had for over a year. that thing was very cool!

 

Oh well. Its a very nice car and well put together. I had a e46 m3 vert before the p car that was heavily modded too. I miss her sometimes, but then I take a drive in the p car and with 730horse Im feelin great again
