Everyone is welcome to take part in this event, whether you have a Porsche or not, but if you do, all Rico asks is that you RSVP so he can give the restaurant (there's a brunch waiting for us) a head count. Here's a link - please note that I am NOT endorsing rennlist - it just happens to be where th guy who is organizing the run hangs out.

If that doesn't work, do a search on rennlist for key largo, or go the the East Coast Region page.

For the undecided / maybe guys, please let us know by Monday Nov. 6
if you are going to join us. Also, If anyone else has been thinking about coming and has not posted, please make your decision by
Nov. 6 and post or PM me.
I have 19 seats reserved at the Marriott and can only increase the
number by this date deadline. Again, the breakfast buffett is
open from 7:00am to 10:30am, however the restaurant manager has
agreed to keep it open to our group until 11:30 because we have
come there 3 years in a row. So if we're a little late, this helps out
tremendously,
Here are the official meeting points and times:
Ft. Lauderdale:
I-595 and Flamingo Rd.
There is a Mobil Station on the NE corner (most of us have meet there before)
Time: 8:00am
Depart: 8:15am (promptly!)
The Lauderdale group should arrive at the Miami meeting point by
8:30am - 8:45am.
Miami
Snapper Creek Service plaza on the Turnpike, mile marker 19.
Time: 8:30am
Depart: 8:45am
Pedro will be there in his white 993 cab or
Finn in his red 993 coupe
The above times are guidelines, however I know there may be delays
as CaptB412 noted, such as traffic, cops etc.
Once we are all together, we will head south on the turnpike and
as MJspeed suggested, go into the Keys via Card Sound road.
Card sound has a toll of $1.00, however it is the fastest and safest
compared to US1.
Rooms:
Since we only had 1 person interested in a room, we could not
get a discounted rate. The rate for Nov. 11 is $199.00 for a
garden view room. They will discount starting at 5 rooms.
If anyone has any more suggestions or comments please
feel free to post.
The next and last update will be on Wed. Nov 8.

Alex,
As of this morning, Rico said the folks at the Marriott ran out of patience. He had updated the list a few times, and they said to knock it off - it is now capped at 25. If you've RSVPed with Rico per the link above, you're good to go.
I'll be taking photos in the hopes of gettign a cover shot for the January PCA/Gold Coast Region newsletter, so make sure your car is all shiny & clean. A hot babe leaning on it would be a nice touch, too.
We'll see you Saturday morning.
