Hotel Booked today, Flights pending startup of my car.

Stroker gets delivered this week, al chrome and polished work should be here by mid next week, pending any delays we're on schedule I might not have my drag setup ready but I'm definately looking forward to the 60-130 run if I'm not ready to hit the 1320.

 

iLLM3 - hey bud, go for it! Remember, this event is only ONCE A YEAR!!!! I do not know of any other events, that are essentially open to all makes/models that cover the full aray of motorsports: Road Racing (Driver's Education), Dyno, 60 to 130, drag racing, car show, night meet, etc... We always have p-cars, Ferrari's, NSX's, Merc's, BMW's, EVO's, Supras, Vettes, Vipers, etc... In my opinion, the Driver's Education event is the most valuable thing you can do in your car. It's at the nicest road course in the United States (MSR Houston) and you get IN CAR instruction by a professional. For $220 you will learn more about yourself and more about your car then you ever thought possible. I HIGHLY recommend that event. Of course the 60-130 event is great too. No other motorsports event that I know of combines Driver's Education, Dyno Day, Car Show, Night Meet, 60-130, drag racing, etc... Hope to meet you and see you there...

Peter i swear to god, that is what caught my eye, you guys are doing EVERYTHING, i love DE's, im not a drag racer but would love to see waht the car can do, dyno im interested in and all of the rest!

When is the cutoff, i am definitely doing this, just wish i knew more of the 6speed guys or people who are going and will be there! :/

I didn't know anyone 2 years ago from the Titan crew, last year we had to get a dinner table for 30 lol, everyone is extremely friendly and there are people who like all different types and styles of cars in attendance.

Not sure on the deadline for the roadcourse Peter would know. Lord knows it's coming up quick and there is still a ton of work to be done down here for the event.

Thanks for the props on the car, the exterior will be the same as last year but everything under the hood has been replaced and/or chromed. I've also got a reliable ECU this year rather than the buggy AEM that caused a ton of headaches last year in tX.

 

Martin , I plan on going to this event in the M3 and leaving the Supra on LI . Take the GT2 on a road trip.

iLLM3 - the deadline for the DE event is 1/31/07, so please hurry and sign up if you're interested. As Wes (onelove) said, this event is FULL of very friendly people, you will IMMEDIATELY make "car" friends. In addition, I know of 3 other 6speed members attending the DE event. You can't miss it, remember, ONCE A YEAR!

I am really shocked/surprised there arent many other 6speed guys signing up for this, i mean this is like a car guys DREAM event

BTW Mike if you are SERIOUSLY going, let me know. We can set up hotel reservations and so on, btw im riding down with you in the M3, in return you can drive the GT2 on the track

This sounds like a great event. I am looking forward to those 60-130's.

 

This event is going to be nuts. I couldn't imagine missing it if I had a high HP car.

I wish i could go but i sold my supra and would probobly cry all day if i would have see so many nice supras.good luck with the event.
