Great suggestions guys! Just a few things...
The meeting spot for Riverside used to be in front of the Barnes and Noble. This is a good location since if this is a early meet Starbucks is right inside and the book store is great for those with significant others. Same can be said for the Edgewater location which also has a Starbucks and Barnes & Noble. Also since this is going to be a weekly meet we should pick locations which will be relatively open to us. So while the Paul Miller sounds great that may be a bit much for a dealership to have to host week after week.
I will try and come up with a few other locations. But we must all be mindful that a few amenities be available.
1. Restroom
2. Food (restaurants, coffee etc...)

Ikea sounds OK but will get old quickly. Think Crystal Cove guys!!!

Good points, I'll take a drive tomorrow afternoon scoping out for locations etc, I'll have my camera and take down the addresses for the satellite pics as well.

Cool... Keep in mind that if a peticular location has a store/restaurant we can patronize they are going to be much more receptive to having our cars in their lots. Also we must have a area off set that would not interfere with the normal business operations of said location.
Thanks for the leg work Marciej.

I'll def keep all that in mind. It also needs to be easily accessible, looks unique and beautiful, etc.

Don't worry I'll find something tomorrow.

I believe most of the people here are either married or young profesionals. That being said I think Saturday or Sunday mornings work best for most. (from what I remember of the responses from last year) Also a advantage of meeting early is that we don't get a lot of "kids" (no offense to the young people here) but you guys know what I mean. There are quite a few clubs that would love to crash the meet and typically are not the most responsible drivers. Meeting early will keep some of the "undesireables" away...

Let's try and meet up this weekend to gauge interest and also so we can check out one of the spots. How does Sunday morning sound? Since our poll thus far has indicated Edgewater as a prefered spot maybe we can try there first and if that venue doesn't work out we can move the meet in the future.

How does THIS Sunday at 9am sound to everyone?
Starbucks Edgewater.....

Once we decide on a meeting spot I will post up another thread regarding day and time. Hopefully there is a day which most everyone will be able to attend. Looking forward to Sunday!
