Ok guys, it looks like only 30 cars signed up thus far. Please do help spreading the word. I don't understand why the turnout is soo low?

Are people afraid to drive their cars to the track?? This is a fun event and this is a great way to experience a road coarse. So please sign up and spread the word.

If we don't get at least 50 cars, I will have to open to other non p-cars. So right now if you have any friends who have COOL cars (non-import) then feel free to invite them (ie Ferrari, Lambo's,..)

Also a reminder that the special pricing of $185 ends July 15th. Your payment must be received by the deadline to qualify for the special pricing. After July 15th, entry cost is $215.

These events have a way of filling up within a month of the event date. If you haven't signed up, you should plan on doing so soon to avoid disappointment.

I signed up yesterday and this will be my first DE. On the registration form I checked the Novice box and the request for instructor box. Do I need to do anything else to be assured of having an instructor?

Is there a preferred motel on the list? Will most folks show up on Sun night or drive in on Mon morn? Sorry for all of the rookie questions!!!

We are one month from the event and need to get slots filled up in order for us not to lose money. So I need to act soon in order to give people enough notice.

Do you guys have any problems letting other cars in. I am thinking of making it in only "EUROPEAN CARS". M3's, Audis, Lotus, Mercedes, . NO IMPORTS.

So please sign up fellow Porsche guys or please invite your friends who have nice European Rides.

Hi Guys,
Well it looks like we have around 40+ cars signed up now We have more slots open so please sign up ASAP. I am shooting for 55 cars and it would be nice to have just Porsches. If you do however have some friends who have European Exotics, we will be happy to invite them. (Ferrari, Lotus, Lambo, Mercedes SL55?).

Feel free to bring family/friends as you can have a passenger as part of the registration fee.

We can have some meeting points starting in the SouthBay up to Thunderhill and then all have dinner on Sunday night.

1st stop can be Redwood City (Carlsen Porsche), 2nd stop can be outside of SF (Tiburon), and then end up at a Restaurant (I am awaiting some recomendations near Thunderhill) and then we can all drive to the Hotel.

I suggest all those tracking do spend the night on Sunday as you want to be at the track by 7:00am to get ready.

If so, are there helmets for rent there?
I don't want to spend hundreds for a helmet yet if I don't have to.
