2011 Panamera S Jerking While Accelerating!

Sounds like the clutch is slipping once in a while, did they change the fluid in the PDK?
could also be a sensor, do you have a code reader? if not you might want to invest in one, might give some insight as to what is going on (get a Porsche specific one, generic ODB wont get you all you need)

i tried the panamera PDK reset proceedure, i feel it may have helped a bit with the jerkyness at slow stop/go speeds in the SPORT mode.
how do I prevent from the system from relearning to be jerky at the slow speeds in stop and go traffic when in SPORT MODE?

I’ve done the reset procedure 3 times and didn’t change anything on my car! Can’t respond to that question since it didn’t work for me!

I have few owners on my french forum with the exact same symptom: slipping clutch in 5 or 7. Only S or 4S owners. No Turbo.
PDK recode at dealership did fix the issue for some of them but more often, the PDK was replaced under warranty by Porsche.

what exactly does PDK recode mean ? Is it like adaptation or it’s a software update or something?! Or a different procedure ?

I’ve read about this procedure for the 911 models with PDK transmissions. The cases I read about were done at a tuner shop. There are probably no indies that can do this for a panamera.

Got it! Before taking the car for the transmission service I’ve been advised to make sure the place has the required equipments and software to do the adaptation! And found this shop and they’ve verified that they have the capability and they did the adaptation after the service but not sure if stealership 😬 does the same job or a different procedure! Or maybe the shop couldn’t do the job correctly because the procedure is exclusive to the dealership!?
