2007 GT Multiple Cylinder Misfire

So I completed the leaking vacuum line bypass ( see other thread ) , no more leaks , no pump activation with brake , no rough idling.
However , I'm still getting CEL when idling and flashing CEL while driving over 3000rpm.
The codes were Multiple Cylinder Misfire , Cylinders 11 and 4 Misfire.
Spark plugs look fine.
So I swapped coils between 11 and 12 , CEL went on , getting Cylinder 12 Misfire ( make sense ) and Cylinder 5 Misfire ( ??? )
What am I missing ?

Nice on the vac. job.

New coils should fix the misfires. Do all 12. The others are not far behind the two bad ones. Swapping them around was a good troubleshooting step.

So when you swapped #11 to #12, you left #4, but the misfire changed to 12 & 5. Then you replaced #12 with a new coil, and it fixed both misfires?
