We bought a 2014 Porsche Cayenne 4.8L V8TT making 500hp. Exhaust sounds were truly pathetic for this engine and exhaust. We sought out sponsors and found Vibrant Exhaust who provided a set of 1118 Mufflers. Locally, Competition Muffler YXE removed the stock Porsche Cayenne suitcase style exhaust and we installed these two Vibrant 1118 mufflers. Sound difference was enhanced, tonally reduced and was easily one of the best upgrades we did to this 958 TT Cayenne Chassis. The exhaust notes interior and exterior from this swap were intoxicating. Here are some clips. Listen with headphones or speakers if you can to get the "bass" from exhaust. This was a mean *** sounding exhaust.....

Any drone inside? Do you have undercarriage shots of how these mufflers were installed? Did you do any secondary bypass cats?

 

No drone whatsoever. We left the secondary cats in place for the time being.
