my seat belt presenter/arm on the driver side does not work, any idea where I should start investigating?

My passenger one is sporadic at best, also seeking where to start troubleshooting…

 

Will keep you posted if I get further. My passenger side works perfectly.

I assume it takes the single from the door and the ignition, I read that sometimes the module can fail - but have no idea where it is located, perhaps the sides can be swapped over to see if that is the problem?
