2007 manual roadster won't run

Hi all,
I'm after some advice, my 2007 roadster is refusing to run, the engine is turning over on the starter motor and does start, revving to about 1700 rpm and then shuts itself down. The battery is fully charged. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it?
Thanks in advance,
regards,
Raoul

Guessing you need a scan tool for checking codes. Good part it starts but shutting down may be from a throttle issue but just a guess. Any recent repairs or storage events that could possibly encounter wiring damage?

Thanks for your input, it was a faulty mass airflow sensor.
