V12VS spotty satelite radio

Hello everyone,

I've been having some issues with my 2015 V12VS sattelite radio getting really spotty signal. Specifically, I can be driving north with great signal, but on the same roadway going south, it cuts in and out consistently. I have the workshop manuals, but have not been able to find anything that might help. My understanding is that the antenna is in the windshield, but I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue and found a way around it.

Help me forum brain trust, you're my only hope! (Seriously, no one else seems to know what to do.)

Antenna module is mounted on an aluminum plate at the rear hatch with access by removing the carpet panel above the latch. You can call Sirius and they may have some diagnostic support.
Does it have a rear wing fitted that may be faulting the signal?
