Headers help needed

Have a 2013 V8 manual trans. Currently have secondary cat delete pipes, VelocityAP mid section x-pipe & oem Sport muffler box with VelocityAP Tune. When I installed X-pipe finally got the exhaust tone that I like, it gives you nice exotic sound. So, been thinking about upgrading from factory stock manifolds to VAP headers with less restrictive cats. Do you know with new headers is it gonna change the exhaust tone or is it just more HP? @Stuart@VelocityAP please feel free to chime in.
I want to hear pros & cons. I know it'll give me more HP, balanced exhaust( equal length headers) better flow. Can you tell me anything bad? I know it's lot of work, which I don't mind, I'll replace all oxygen sensors too along with gaskets. Anything else should I look into while doing the job.
Plan is to wait for VAP black Friday sale. So I have time to make the decision.
your thoughts please.
