3rd owner, clean CarFax and regular maintenance. 40k service has already been done on the vehicle. Recent maintenance includes: new battery in Sept 2023, new serpentine belt @ 28k miles, Motul 8100 5W40 and Porsche OEM filter @ 29k miles, parking brake actuator replaced @ 29.2k miles. Car doesn’t burn or leak any oil. Only maintenance due within the next year is brake fluid flush. PCCB rotors show no discernable wear with 90% left on front pads and 85% left on rear pads per inspection at 29.2k miles.

Car has PPF on the front (bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights) and shows only a few blemishes. Paint depth gauge shows no issues or inconsistencies on all metal panels. Interior is in excellent shape with no blemishes besides typical door sill scratches. Minor creasing on driver side seat bolsters. Pictures speak for themselves.

Happy to schedule a PPI with a local shop if buyer is interested at their expense. Overrev report from 2023 only contains a small number of range 1s (7800-8000 RPM) which coincide with hitting the rev limiter while upshifting, not missing a downshift.
