I'm sure that you donate to other causes. How about putting a Red Cross frame on the rear? Why do you choose to put the 11-99 plate frame on? You choose to put that plate on in hopes of getting a break. Anyone who is not looking for some sort of break would not put the frame on. I'm just telling you, don't be suprised when you are stopped and cited.

didnt work for me, cop on a bike turned around coming from the opposite side after seeing no front plate. then saw no rear plate so came to my window and made me pull off the reg sticker off the window.
then again, it did take a year for me to get pulled over so maybe it did work.

I know a G35 that's been going plateless here in San Diego for about 1.5 yr going onto 2 years. I figure if I get pulled, i'll just take the fix it ticket and pay the fines. So far so good.

my friend with a g35 has been going for well over 2 years, i think its a bit more difficult with a porsche, probably being in BH didnt help either. i guess your car always has to be clean too so it looks brand new and you need some dealer paper plate etc...

What does leaving paper plates on your car have to do with the 11-99 foundation? Leaving plates off is not going to help you on a stop either? You are just going to raise suspicion, and the officer will have to run your vin. When they find out you have had plates for months, expect to be written up for every minor thing they can find. If you are doing it to avoid registration fees, you will be cited and have your car towed per 22651(O) CVC (Expired more than 6 months).

we kinda went off topic, originally talking about stolen frames then getting away without a license plate...
i dont think anyone on here has a problem paying with reg fees, they just dont want to put on a front plate.
so if you have no front but have a rear plate, then there is a good chance you will get pulled over and definitely get tickets while parked, if you have no plates, front or rear, the cop will think the car is new, especially if it is clean and you still have the dealer paper plates.
cmon, if you live in la you have to know this stuff by now...
much easier to get away with this if you dont have a flashy car.
sorry if this is going even more off topic, but it will help the op. i just got some tamper proof screws, only lets you tighten with a regular flathead, you cant remove them unless you have a special screwdriver. i just picked it up at a hardware store, autozone didnt have anything but the hex or allen wrench stuff...
