I prefer using the older yellow lettered versions instead of the newer chrome lettered versions.

There are MANY counterfeit 11-99 plates out there. The real plates have "Property of the CHP 11-99 Foundation" and "Surrender Upon Request" embossed on the reverse side. Given that this is the only post that you have ever made on 6SpeedOnLine, I think that it would be appropriate that you post a picture of the plates reverse side for verification of its authenticity.
