What: ½ Mile Side by Side Racing Event.

When: November 10th and 11th.

Where: The New Coalinga Municipal Airport. 27500 West Phelps. Coalinga, CA.

Shift-S3ctor is proud to announce that our next Airstrip Attack is a 2 day event, November 10th and 11th at the New Coalinga Municipal Airport in Central California (3 hours north of LA, 2 hours south of the Bay area). This will be a 1/2 mile, side by side racing event. Registration opens on September 10th at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time. We are limiting this event to 100 cars per day and expect to sell out quickly. Once we are full, registration will close and we will begin a wait list.

Are they allowing any bikes? Im doing the Private Thunderhill Event on the 8th and I was thinking of throwing my 2012 S1rr that is boosted in the trailer to do the air strip event if it is allowed.

Unfortunately this is a car-only event due to liability concerns. But we may allow bikes at a future event.

 

Yeah, I asked about bikes last year and was told the same thing. Totally understandable, as car trackdays don't mix with bike trackdays either for liability reasons.
