I'm still in for August 8 or 9th, there is an outside chance I might get dragged out of town on August 8th but I'm trying to fight it, but for now count me in for August 8/9th for the run through the swamps.....

I thought the plan was to meet at Starbucks in Mandeville. DB9, can you get the Lambo guys to come?? I'm gonna put the word out amongst my bus. partners., a few Zo6's, 911's and a Gallardo amongst the bunch. I have a few mutual friends with the guy who has the matte Carrera GT. I'll get the word out to him.

 

Starbucks sounds good to me. I can get them to come also. One of the lambo guys has a few toys to choose from, so I'm not sure what he'll want to bring...the murcielago isn't his fastest, but it is a head turner. The other is a yellow gallardo...I'll ask them to check their calendars, but we usually pick Sunday as the day to joyride anyway.

 

Sounds great! I have a wedding to attend Saturday night so I may show up with a hangover. What time are we meeting? I am in New Orleans.

Hello, I'm needing 10 cars for Hot August Night in Hammond La. 8-21-09 From 6-9 pm. The cars will be roped off and protected. This is a pretty nice size event, and a great way to show your car off. If you do sign up for this, you get free drinks for the event!! I going to need to know soon, as to lock you in these spots. Thanks!!

 

what time and where is everyone meeting up on sunday the 9th

 

"For anyone in New Orleans / Mandeville that want to meet up beforehand, we will get together at the Starbucks just north of Causeway Bridge on East Approach at 930-10. (directions below.)

We will then run down to Manchac with a stop at Frenier Landing for lunch ETA 11AM. If we get there and want to keep driving the swamp roads, we can even try the crowd at Middendorfs. That's up to ya'll, I dont care much to eat as much as drive.
