Ok guys i am new to this board, my name is Ryan and i am one of the managers at hooters in metairie. I would like to set a car show / meet for you guys. I have had 3 shows so far and each has been better than the last. I would like to keep this tradition going thats why i have come to yall. At the last show i had 2 lambo gallardo's one of them being a black superleggera, a viper, a Z06, a gtr, 3 supras, 2 350z's, a gto, an evo mr, an sti, and a few others. It was a good time and turn out but i would like to out do that last one.

The date is still up in the air. I would like it to be towards the end of july possibly the begining of august. The show will be on a sunday preferbly in the morning starting at 11 ending at 2. If you guys would like for me to push the time back it is possible. I figure the good dates would be July 19th, July 26th, August 2nd, and August 9th. Yall let me know what date works best for yall.

The way the show works is i give each car a number to put in his or her windshield. The customers pick thier favorite car and put that number in a ballot box, the most votes win. Prizes consist of a trophy for first prize as well a wing party for 10 people, 2nd prize is 50 wings and a pitcher of beer, and 3rd prize will be 20 wings and a beer. Everyone that participates will recieve coupons for wings and beer.

We're trying to make that swamp run on the august 8 weekend. I think this is an excellent idea, the hooters would be a good time to check out the other cars and to invite a few others to run the beasts.

Yeah, I would like to take the ride over the lake and eat some lunch but 3 hours is way too long to stick around. Will we be able to pull in, eat, and leave or are you trying to make a formall event of it?

 

if you cant stay the whole time you can leave but i would like to make it a formal event if your not able to stay that is ok. you will be able to leave when you need to what time would everyone like to arrive.
