As some of you may know, NGIV / Kewlrides launched a Meet & Greet beginning August 2009. The intent is to bring together various automobile marquees owners for an informal social gathering at a central location. We picked the Millers Ale House in Alpharetta, GA location mainly because between Millers and the now closed Home Depot Expo parking lot there is more than enough space to accommodate a large gathering of cars.

The Meet & Greet is held the third Sunday of each month (with except of December the Toys for Tots Toy Drive / Car Show is held then). Since the mission of NGIV /Kewlrides is support of Local and National Charity each month we select a charity, and we ask for donations in what ever form they need.


October is Breast Cancer awareness month and there are many functions that support this cause, CABC (Corvettes Against Breast Cancer) Atlanta Motor Speedway, Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk San Francisco Bay, Lee National Denim Day, Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer and Susan G Komen Race for the Cure Houston. NGIV /Kewlrides selected Susan G Komen Race for the Cure as the charity we will be taking donations for Octobers’ Meet & Greet.

We ask that you make your checks payable to Susan G Komen as we will be delivering those donations to the local chapter of the organization. As we are posting this event on many national forums we have included the link to the national website should you wish to make a donation direct to the foundation, we have also included the Atlanta chapter website link for those that do not wish to bring donations to the Meet & Greet but still wish to “Make A Difference".

Please remember while we are taking donations for Susan G Komen for the Cure we never want anyone to feel we are in your face about the charities. Donating is a personal choice we each make and NGIV /Kewlrides does not what anyone to feel pressured into donating.

So drag that Kewlride out of the garage, call some friends and tell them to rev up those cars, come on out and enjoy the day.
