Maybe I can make one. Every event is always a race weekend, vacation or out of town on business. May be going to Sebring Aug. 20th for a Chin Motorsports event.
If it works out, I'm in.

Jon, that sounds good.
What do y'all think about that following weekend? I'd like to do Middendorfs first so we can all meet up at a reasonably centralized spot followed by drive. We can beat the lunch crowd at 11 out there

Out the 13th and won't be back until the 21st. I know it's not very central, but for the BR crowd and whomever would like it, there are lots of twisties around St. Francisville and Slaughter. Sometime it might be nice to do those, go over the Audibon bridge (largest suspension bridge in the western hemisphere, longer than the Golden Gate, seriously, look it up), and go to New Roads and eat at Satterfields on the water.

Are there any routes/roads/hwy your recommend taking coming from New Orleans? We don't mind heading to Mandeville/Covington as a starting point either.
