Texas Mile - March

Anyone going? I plan on running my bike this time around. Does anyone know where I can rent a golf cart for three days? I hear they are going to include Friday this time around (March 27-29).

I will be there. Probably running bikes again. The Friday will be optional, but I do plan to run it as well.

See you there!

... Anything they can do to free up space to make runs, with out the 2 hour between runs wait most of us have to endure......

Anyways, I will be there also, not sure what to take this time, maybe bike, maybe car...

There is a group from Dallas going. Where did the Friday runs come from? That would be such a relief from waiting for 2 hours in the car and just getting to do 3 runs in the day like last October.

Scott Carr used to sell the t-shirts for the event and he's still pretty tight with Shannon and when they open registration in a couple of weeks, supposedly they will run Friday as well if there is enough interest.
www.texasmile.net for those who may read this and have never heard of it.

Many people are discussing this event. May be quite crowded this time.

The last three Texas Mile events, Sundays have been very easy to practically "hot-lap" your car if you want. Most participants are somewhat local and have left on Saturday, making it much easier to run on Sunday.
