LOL -

"My" venture is private client services, for those that have paid for my number.

As for Austoscope- Love Field, its $25.00 + parts.. alot of guys are making a choice to use different fluids ( M1, Motul, etc ) or use different filters ( MAHLE, K&N, Bosch, Kengst, OEM packaging ) etc... so it doesn't make sense for me to just theown an internet quote out there.

Thank you for the " bump "

Steve

I have missed the Great Dane ( unless you mean Jonathan P ) ... I will have to stop by on my way home today. I could spend hours just looking at their cars.

quikag is infamous around these parts
I know this provide little data to the OP, but changing the oil yourself provides the splendid opportunity to make a big mess, curse multiple times, and eventually know it was done right unless you screwed something up.

You are so right.

Believe it or not, I've only ever taken my car to have the oil changed ONCE. Every other time it has always been me who has changed it. Yes, I've made a mess here and there but in the end I know I'm the one who did it and I know I did it right.

This one time I took my car to get the oil changed is the same time they failed to replace the oil drain plug washer which resulted in the car leaking massive amounts of oil over the following month. As Napoleon Dynamite would say...Freakin idiot!

RUF is more of an experience that a must do. Realistically I do one oil change a year and really enjoyed the trip to RUF. If you haven't been there they aren't exactly like Jiffy Lube. They don't mind you talking to the tech or if you want you can go check out the Enzo or Porsche GT next door.
