Trackdaze? SCDA? others
Due to scheduling conflicts I can't make any PCA DE's this summer till late august.
Any recommendations for other orginizations to track with in the North east area.
I am a beginner so good instruction is important to me.
thanks

You have Metro and NNJR PCA.
I've also done events with RTR PCA and they are also good.
Trackdaze you mentioned, they are great, going to NJMP for the 20th and 21st with them.
Chin Motorsports is another great organization.
You can also check out pdadrivingschool.com, its a bit more expensive, a bit more of a mix in terms of crowd, age, cars, experience, etc.
Then there's trackmasters if you do Watkins Glen. Thats the only track they do, and they are good as well.
MazdaSpeed also seems decent but I havent done enough with them to really say for sure.
My favorite are: track daze & chin, and the PCAs because it's usually quite cheap by comparison and no surprises even if they are a bit more by the book than any other organization.

Myself and a few others are doing Pocono FUSA (Or Pocono Long Double Infield as some call it) with HOD in two weeks (June 19th).
It's a pretty fun course. Big and FAST. Not very technical, but alot of fun if you like to go fast.

Try Audi Club. Northeast Quattro Chapter -http://www.neqclub.org
They have two Watkins Events, one end July one end August. I'm doing both. Great people, super instructors and you can take whatever car you like (doesn't have to be an Audi).

Have to disagree a bit here - Pocono is moderately fun if there are no other choices but is total crap compared to Watkins Glen. The second "infield" section of the double infield is like an access road they turned into part of the track. The "bowl" sections have some novelty factor but that wears thin. As you mention, it isn't very technical so from the perspective of working on a line and getting faster it isn't very satisfying. Just my opinion.

On top of that, the FUSA (double infield) is the only course worth going to there. North blows, South sucks, and East is for bikes.
Agree that Watkins is a great track, it has something for everyone. Watkins, VIR Full, Calabogie and Lime Rock are at the top of my list.

That's why I didn't classify it as 'Greatest Track on the East Coast' - I only said it's a 'pretty fun' course if you like to go fast. Which means it blows by comparison to just about every track in the USA; but for Pocono, and it's proximity to the Tri-State area, it's not bad.
