sharkster,

The gearing, redline, tires and power says it will get to 262. The aerodynamics is the unknown and could push the top end downward.

Right on. I suspect the GT2 wing will not help as it really increase the drag coeff significantly (look at the TT vs GT2). In fact my 1/4mile times were actually a couple of MPH lower with that thing on...

No issue.... I have a contact at Michelin that can make a custom set of 260MPH (Vyron) tires for KA!!

read the whole thread over the past couple of days and must say i am amazed/impressed!!!!

i remember reading about bending the rods of the 1st engine a year or so ago, but I figured i would sit down & read the whole thing through!

as everyone has said, it is crazy that you (CJV) have been patient/persistent this whole time. i know i would've lost it a long time ago.

i can't wait to see KA hit the road!

Bonus points for you Chad!

Please provide a few more details. I would hate to think my natural assumptions are false.

Let me help with that analysis...

8.98 @ 173 equates to 8.98inches, which is the amount of vertical travel KA had on the rack, and 173 is the amount of times that travel occured...so KA went up and down 173 times for the distance of 8.98inches on Rob's rack at S-Car-Go....

When she is finished, we will have to re-define this formula and apply similar numbers to what is better known as 1320 feet or a quarter mile!!

PS> This is a much better time than last weeks 9.0 @ 168 .....

Alex, you haven't been to S Car Go for a few weeks as it has been at least that long since they removed her from the back room lift.

This is really getting good.

Alexander,

How many ponies do you think a little larger displacement GT3 turbo with GT40R's makes @ .4 bar?
