We believe these cams to be wildest Porsche 996tt cams ever made. They are also free of all harmonic distortion. I would like to say a bit about this cam being harmonic distortion free. The benefit derived is this motor can run 9000 rpm's utilizing spring pressures that are a fraction of those required by all other Porsche monster hp motor examples that we know of currently being run. It helps that Neil Harvey was part of a two time F1 Championship Team.

The heads are double o-ringed with a proprietary material. The combustion chambers and exhaust ports have been ceramic coated for top fuel. With the head stud, thread and washer design pressures in excess of 50 inches of boost are realistic.
Our own custom designed and made head gasket with one of the rings.

Chad - what happened to the Roots style oil pump that Neil was developing? Did you revert to the 3 index?

Ceramic coated combustion chambers and exhaust ports. Three angle valve seats.
Our own custom designed and made head gasket with one of the rings.
Proprietary material for fire rings. More costly than AU.

During testing Neil determined the 3 index (with what he did to the gears) pulled a higher negative pressure in the case in addition to delivering more oil to the motor.

You have to love these wrist pins. Smaller diameter due to a material sourced out of the UK in addition to being treated with a material called "black carbon like diamonds." These jewels will not score, bend or break. They can literally be run starved of oil.

Performance Developments designed and then makes up wiring harness. KA's motor should be chassis tuned in time for New Years. It will probably be February for the completion of the front adjustable LSD.

RSR size valve face diameter with larger stem diameter. Valves ceramic coated @ face and friction coated @ stem.
Bow tailed mains/webbing plus 3rd oil pick up on case. If you look at the right hand bore in the upper right hand web you will note a stock liner oiler. it appears to be a tiny dot or circle. Below is a pic of a 965 oiler that was later machined in.
965 liner oil squirter. The difference is their ability to remove more heat from the motor via oil.
Here is a better view on the differences. 965 liner oil squirter installed on 996tt case.

There has actually been many good things that have happened. Some I can't post as of now. I can tell you the motor is done. She can produce over 1K HP @ 1 bar @ approx 4K rpm. Our current objective is to fine tune her and develop a way to connect as many ponies as possible with the pavement. When KA finally arrives on the road I believe the common consensus will be she is in a league all her own. For how long ..... who knows.

To install the larger oil liner squirters the location must be moved. The old squirter capped and the new squirter drilled and tapped into another oil passage.

can you explain what is happening between 4k rpm and redline? and what is redline? or is this the part you can't discuss.

Other-worldly. The stuff automotive dreams are made of, and that if someone had enough knowledge to even imagine it. Unimpeachably major in every respect. I fully look forward to this car hitting the streets - it will be the most hardcore street car ever to run.

Redline is 9K. She picks up a little less than 400 more hp by 7800 rpm's when power levels off and slightly tapers due to turbo's over boosting.
