I shortened 1st and 2nd gear. In first I went from 3.86 to 3.16. In 6th gear I lenghtened, I went from .75 to .82. I was referring to shortening of lenghtening the gear numbers or ratio's.
I guess confusing to say the least.

The fuel cell is definitely in the future. I need to take the car to Southern Calif. and leave it for about two weeks so measurements can be taken and drawings made. The filler connections and fuel sensor units have already been addressed as has the fuel pump. It will be made of carbon fiber and the liner will be of the highest rated level. I am really going to attempt to enlarge the capacity.
Hopefully this project will commence by June of this year. Since the 996tt has been introduced, it is obvious there isn't much of a demand for a fuel cell.

I really think the CF is gratuitous for a fuel cell. I am inclined to get a Fuel Safe like Roland's.

Killer Angel has the carbon fiber hood. Does anyone on this board have carbon fiber doors?
I noticed AdamT in his post about the Ruf CTR, he stated this car was equiped with carbon fiber doors. I wonder what his impression of the doors were? Especially the fit and the finish.

I've used fiberglass doors on cars on the street and i'll say that they are pretty loud, however I bet if you put some matting in them it'd quite them down quite a bit and you'd still probably save a good amount of weight.

I am eventually going to remove my existing roll bar and have Scargo install a custom cage. You wouldn't believe the Scargo roll bars and cages. They are to die for! When I first saw one in Robs car I thought I was looking at a Ruf roll bar. Unbelieveable.
