I would highly recommend a Zeitronix wideband. The mounting and upgrade options are there as you build up. A couple of us Saab tuning guys are using it quite happily.

I'm using the HKS A/F knockamp wideband and I'm diggin it. It's pricey compared to an aem unit but from what I understand the aem unit uses a Bosch sensor which doesn't last that long especially if you run leaded gas such as c/q16 and then change to 93 octane (pump gas). The hks unit uses a NTK sensor which so far has lasted more than 1 year of going from leaded to non leaded gas. And the display also shows knock if there is any so it does come in handy.

I saw the Zeitronix at SEMA and was impressed though I am kinda leaning towards an LM-1 due to it's hand held design, but the boost and EGT inputs that the ZT-2 already has built in is a big plus (you still have to buy the sensors).

The innovate is a better choice in my opinion between the AEM and the Innovate. I have had both and am currently using innovate. I have no experience w/ the Zeitronix. My innovate is currently wired into my Haltech EMS. Its hard to beat the innovate for the money plus the sensors are $50 at O'Reilly's auto parts for replacement. If memory serves correctly the part number is 17014 for the replacement sensor. Hope that helps.

Innovate all the way, but if you can find a deal on the AEM, I would not pass it up!
