HPA R32TT at the Texas Mile
The car, a Mk4 R32 twin turbo, has been retrofitted with DSG and launch control.
Due to torque limitations with the current clutch packs, we are restricted to 19psi... it's still good for close to 600bhp though.
Heres a video of the car in the Texas Mile from inside...

Thank you! I appreciate the complement. The car has been in a constant state of upgrade from the earliest days of ownership. It's taken 6 years to get to this level and it's been an absolute blast along the way.
We received mention in the January edition of Automobile. To capture the attention of the journalists must mean something right?
Lifted from the article...
"Worse, Sherman's deafening Lingenfelter tuned ZR1 is barely audible at full tilt over the thrum of idling cars on the grid. Even cars that look innocuous are insane: a Cadillac DTS almost shatters my sunglasses... A Volkswagen R32, normally one of the sweetest sounding cars in the World, belches a turbocharged acoustic fury not unlike that of a garbage disposal grinding up nitroglycerin tablets."
Now, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not, but I'll take what I can get.
While I built the car for me, its sometimes nice to be noticed, especially amongst your peers.
