If it truly is getting nearly 800miles/tank, I may just say **** the 335 and shoot for a q7 when I graduate.

i like the facelift. i would definetely consider a treg if i was in the market for an suv. nice looking truck. they made the headlights less bland with the update, which was my only complaint on the current truck. i bet they'll start stealing some cayenne sales. the trucks are so close in appearance i'm not sure i could justify the extra cabbage for the pcar version.

from the article:
V8 FSI. The new Touareg offers another innovation in terms of drive technology: the first eight cylinder direct injection gasoline-powered engine from Volkswagen. The Touareg’s new V8 FSI achieves 257 kW / 350 hp and generates maximum torque of 440 Nm. The other two gasoline engines generate 206 kW / 280 hp (V6 FSI) and 331 kW / 450 hp (W12). In addition, there are three direct injection diesel-powered engines for the Touareg, all combined with a particle filter (DPF) as standard equipment. The TDIs have output of 128 kW / 174 hp (TDI), 165 kW / 225 hp (V6 TDI) and 230 kW / 313 hp (V10 TDI).
i'll take a 450HP version please

Exactly, too bad we don't get all those engine options in North America. BMW and others are the same way, lots of engines offered in other countries that we don't see. No excuse though on the W12 because they did sell some of those here in the Phaeton.

Guys, here's a neat little experiment...
While looking at the photo stick your pinky finger out, and hold it up in front of your face so it blocks the VW emblem on the grill, and close one eye...
PRESTO! It looks 100% better!
