WHERE: San Luis Obispo


WHAT:
1) Early morning caravans from NorCal & SoCal to San Luis Obispo
2) Catered BBQ lunch at Santa Rosa Park: City of San Luis Obispo - Santa Rosa Park
3) Dinner at Sushiya Resataurant
4) VIP After Party at SLOW Brewing Company: SLO Brewing Company


ACCOMMODATIONS: Marriott Courtyard, San Luis Obispo (http://www.marriott....san-luis-obispo)
- Group rate of $159/night for standard room with 1 King or 2 Queens, with breakfast for two
- Call hotel at 805-786-4200 or 800-321-2211 and ask for ECFest group rate
- Last day to reserve a room is Fri Feb 21st.


AGENDA:
SAT, MAR 15TH:
- 8AM-8:30AM: NorCal and SoCal caravans leave for SLO. Caravan info will be added closer to the date.


- 12PM: Meet at Santa Rosa Park (Santa Rosa and Oak St)
*Catered BBQ Lunch (tri-tip, 1/4 chicken, rice, beans, salad..) - $24/person w/tip included (about $5 goes towards park rental)
*Alcohol beverages allowed
*Group BBQ area can accommodate up to 100 people
*Parking lot fits about 90 cars


- 3PM: Optional backroads drive or cruise down to Avila Beach


- 5PM: Head back to Courtyard hotel to check in

- 7:30PM: Dinner at Sushiya Sushi Restaurant


- 10PM: VIP Party with bottle service SLO Brewing Co.
