don't want to rub... so help.
hi, i have a set of BBS's that i want to put on my '78 911 targa sc. the wheel sizes are 16x7 and 16x8. i do not want to rub and would like to know the best size tire for this car & wheel setup. i was looking on tirerack and found this..
front: 205/55/16
rear: 225/50/16
does that sound right?
thanks.

ok thanks. it will be a bit different with the tire sizing from mk2 vw to porsche. i don't want to stretch the tires, but have a nice profile that will let me keep the car low without tearing up the tires by rubbing.

Not much room in the back of a 78 SC. Stay 205/225.
