Hey Tim,

Yeah, it really sucks to be taken advantage of like this---especially by a supposed "enthusiast". Frank Spano has been MIA and has not returned any of my attempted communications.

I know it's "buyer beware", but damn, the guy knowingly ripped me off. I know he works as a chiropractor in NJ, has an NSX, and I still have the address where I picked up the wheels, so my quest for justice will continue.

Sadly this fiasco has come to an unfortunate end. Frank Spano emailed me to inform me that I am SOL. Frank Spano is a ripoff artist---DO NOT ever buy ANYTHING from this scammer!!! He is a liar.

Mike, how did I scam you? I bought these wheels from a reputable dealer. I sold them as I bought them. Also, when I sold them I didn't see any bends in the wheels, other wise I would have never sold them that way. Like I said in the e-mail I sent you, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. But you came to pick up the wheels, SO YOU SAW THEM IN PERSON, I DIDN'T FORCE YOU INTO BUYING THESE WHEELS. iF YOU WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THEM, OR HAD DOUBTS WHY DID YOU TAKE THEM, i WAS HIDIDNG NOTHING THE WHEELS WERE IN FRONT OF YOU. The point is this Frank: you knowingly misrepresented a set of wheels that you claimed were "flawless". I had no way to tell that 2 of them were bent until I took them to my mechanic and he put them on a rim balancer. Bent does not equal "flawless".

Frank,

A small bend in the wheel is hard to see by the naked eye. Unless you are an expert, and I am not one, the only way to tell is to have the wheels onto the balance machine. If you are expecting Mike to see the bend, that does not seem to be reasonable. Hopefully you guys can make this right.
