Preferred street tires for 996TT in 235/315 sizes??

I have PS2's now but damn they are spendy to replace - thinking of trying a different tire...

And the best place to buy them?

Did some searches on here but didn't really find what I was looking for.

Falken FK452's are about $1000

Toyo T1R's are about the same

I don't know much about them though as I have never used either.

Found 'em for under $1,100 shipped for 235/35/19 and 305/30/19's, cheaper package price (under $1,000) I believe for the 285's. Anyway, PM me and I'll tell you b/c not board sponsor. Also, maybe we can pull together a group buy??????

A group buy ain't a bad idea... but I gotta figure out which tire I want first. I don't think I'm gonna spend $1700-1800 for the PS2's again. Rather try out something else.

What else you like besides the Invos?

For that price not too many that I am aware of......only other tires that I would consider at that price range were Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's but those just came out. I've heard some positive reviews though and about $1000-1200 range.

Lemme know, I'm leaning towards the Invo's and I believe someone did a review on them on the board here and was positive.

I'll try to get the group buy going!

I really prefer to stick with the 235/315 size combo. I see the Invo doesnt come in that size. Bummer. I do like Nitto tires too - run them on my muscle cars.

$1182 + tax/shipping @ Tire Rack, but again that's in a 235/305.
