Can these be made to accept factory Porsche center caps?
They look a lot like the P40 I had on the 997.1 !
What are the advantages of these?

Yes, we can make them work with Porsche Center caps.
Actually there is a large difference. Here is a picture of the P40 and F310 side by side.
