Yes. The GSP9700 and a good tech can balance most bad wheelsets down to the point the wheel won't shake. It's all we use here. Check out www.gsp9700.com for more details.

I think it's up to whoever does the balancing job. I had a set of wheel/tires balanced with Hunter Roadforce and it vibrated over 80mph, whereas the same set balanced with a Coats old school machine did not vibrate at all upto 150+mph.

If you spend the money to have your wheels road-forced, INSIST that the best guy they have do it.
Machine quality means nothing if the user is untrained/inexperienced.
