Limited Edition Lamborghini Huracan STJ is the V10 Supercar's Last Hurrah
Lamborghini bids farewell to the V10 Huracan with the unveiling of the exclusive Huracan STJ, limited to just 10 units.
A Fitting Tribute
Lamborghini’s latest offering, the Huracan STJ, is a tribute to the iconic V10 Huracan as it nears the end of its production cycle. Limited to just 10 units, this special edition supercar is aptly named the Super Trofeo Jota (STJ), a nod to the brand’s racing heritage and the legendary Jota lineage dating back to the 1970s.
Performance Evolution
Built upon the foundation of the track-focused Huracan STO, the STJ boasts significant performance enhancements. While retaining the same 631 horsepower V10 engine as the STO, the STJ features a bespoke aerodynamic package, including carbon canards and an optimized rear wing angle, resulting in a notable 10% increase in downforce without compromising balance.
A Focus on Handling
Lamborghini Squadra Corse engineers have fine-tuned the STJ’s handling dynamics with racing-derived four-way adjustable dampers, offering drivers greater control over suspension settings for optimal performance on the track. Combined with specially developed Bridgestone Potenza Race tires, these enhancements contribute to a one-second improvement in lap times over the STO.
Customization and Design Themes
The Huracan STJ showcases Lamborghini’s commitment to personalization with two distinct design themes. Buyers can choose between a sleek Grigio Telesto exterior or a vibrant Blu Eliadi finish, each complemented by a Nero Noctis roof and striking Rosso Mars and Bianco Isi detailing. Inside, luxurious Nero Cosmus Alcantara seating with leather accents offers a refined driving environment.
Exclusivity
Each Huracan STJ is a unique masterpiece, distinguished by a numbered carbon fiber plaque denoting its exclusivity as one of only 10 units produced. Additionally, buyers have the option to further personalize their vehicle with a custom plaque, adding a touch of individuality to their driving experience.
A Farewell to the V10 Era: What Lies Ahead
As Lamborghini bids farewell to the V10 era with the Huracan STJ, anticipation builds for its successor, rumored to be named the Lamborghini Temerario. With promises of a new hybrid powertrain and groundbreaking innovations, the brand sets its sights on the future while paying homage to the legacy of the Huracan.
