Fabspeed X-pipe Exhaust

Fabspeed is an exotic car aftermarket performance parts supplier/manufacturer. They utilize CNC machines to bend and fabricate some of the most amazing exhaust systems. They are very popular in the Exotic car community, especially for Lamborghini Gallardo owners. This particular one fits all models between 2004-2008. Some of the benefits of their exhaust systems are weight reduction, increased throttle response, and increase in horsepower. The SuperSport X-pipe system weighs only 30 lbs and saves 55 lbs compared to the stock unit and is made from 14-16ga T304L stainless steel tubing.

Some other features include:

  • Four mini-muffler resonators and an X-Pipe merge section
  • Direct bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required.
  • Fabspeed performance products are backed by the Fabspeed Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Meisterschaft GT Haus

This company specializes in premiere exhaust systems for exotic cars and road racing cars. With a background of over ten years in development, this is one of the most trusted names in super car performance.

  • Both Meisterschaft Touring and GT models are significantly lighter than the OEM unit to reduce unsprung weight. The Titanium unit saves you up to 75% of the weight from the OEM unit.
  • All exhausts are designed and tuned to provide maximum performance gain. The performance gain is increased when Cat-back pipes are used in conjunction with the Meisterschaft muffler. The claimed peak power gains recorded were +18WHP & +16WTQ. However, average power gains measured were +30HP & +25TQ (ft/lbs).
  • Welding technique and internal construction are handled meticulously providing superior build quality. They also utilize higher-grade glass wool pack units which can absorb extreme temperatures by using only the highest grade T304 SUS. This is an alloy comprised of chromium and nickel.

Overall, their products solve the problem of back pressure very effectively. Inefficient burn in the combustion chamber where spent exhaust gasses are backed-up causes power loss. A second problem associated with backpressure is heat build-up. This occurs in the OEM style muffler. Hot exhaust gasses are forced through and into the chambers. The heat builds up in the muffler and then backs itself up through the exhaust. This heat retention causes damage to the muffler as well as the catalytic converter. Because of their straight-through design, this prevents heat retention and allows for more free-flowing horsepower.

K-Line Innovation

This manufacturer expands the options with providing a wide array of exhaust options for Lamborghini owners. They have 4 versions for the Gallardo while there are singular options for the Aventador or the Huracan. In this article, we'll highlight and review the Huracan/inconel option. The word "Inconel" represents the Inconel Alloy 625 used in creating this exhaust, which is a nickel-based superalloy that features high strength properties and resistance to elevated temperatures. This is the same material used in creating the exhausts for many F1 cars. This is especially practical for a car that produces a blistering 610HP from the factory. Upgrading to this exhaust claims to increase the horsepower by 23 hp and torque gain by 23 nm. Because of the removal of the secondary catalysts from the silencer section and swapping for the free-flowing system improves weight reduction over the stock components. There is a 304 stainless steel option that still helps save some weight overall.

One additional neat feature this company has expanded on is the OEM vacuum system that controls exhaust valves. With the addition of a sleek push button that sits covertly in your cigarette lighter, the driver can open the valves for maximum performance with the added symphony of the exhaust scream that is devoid of any drone. Now you have a competitive upgrade that allows you to optimize your Valvetronic exhaust system at the push of a button!

B.Rogue Titanium

B-Rogue Built is an exotic automotive performance and service company that specializes in several exotic car brands. One brand they work extensively with is Lamborghini. They have designed and fabricated the first full titanium exhaust system for Lamborghini Gallardo's. It features a 5.0 L straight pipe in an "H-pipe" configuration. The competition does have Titanium X-pipes but none feature removal of the cat-pipe or cat-deletes. A forum user provides a visual/audio review of the system and since this time, 4 more Lamborghini owners have upgraded their exhaust system to this full titanium system. The owner claimed that between the OEM Air boxes and the old Stainless Steel TUBI exhaust, they reduced weight by 54 lbs The entire exhaust weighs in the vicinity of 7lbs - that's lightweight! The company advises that their systems see an average of 20 - 28 whp with our systems depending on fuel type, sea level, type of dyno, etc. The owner doesn't provide the horsepower gains made by upgrading to this exhaust system, but there is a neat POV video that gives anyone considering this exhaust all the answers they need, and then some!

Armytrix Full Titanium X-pipe Valvetronic Exhaust

This manufacturer believes in arming the vehicle with the most advanced exhaust system technology. The Titanium X-pipe system appears to be the choice on the forums for enthusiasts who want to have a loud exhaust system at their fingertips, with just as much control to "tone things down" when necessary. The setup also includes a switchable valve system. There are horsepower gains that claim an increase of 24hp. The titanium system is just under 20 lbs when compared to a stock unit that weighs 68 lbs! That's a significant plus for weight reduction! So while it might be a very loud system, it's also very lightweight. Adding in the bonus capability of controlling the valve system is a true plus giving the driver total flexibility. The controller for the valve can be set to on, auto, or off.

Fi Exhaust

FI stands for Frequency Intelligent. The Fi Exhaust team designs fabricate and manufactures exhaust systems for all exotic cars and supercars. They specifically produce exhaust systems for literally every Lamborghini, including the Urus! They also feature a solution to control exhaust valve capabilities to those who have it and even those vehicles who never had it. Through a physical remote, the driver can quickly switch between 2 modes: Sport and Silent. Furthermore, owners can also integrate this functionality through an Android or iOS app whereby a simple click in the app gives the user total control. The mobile app also provides the user functionality to run diagnostics and tune the valve timing to gain optimum performance.  All muffler internals are individually designed and when couple with the Valvetronic ECU control via app or remote, the results are optimal performance married to a beautiful sound that translates into pure horsepower.
